It’s A Wonderful Run Donated Nearly $70,000 to Local Charities After 2018 Event

The It’s A Wonderful Run 5K Committee made its first donation of the season to the Seneca County House of Concern. In the photo, Chelsea Korzeniewski, Tommy Rook and Will Korzeniewski present a check for $10,000 to executive director Olan Mack. The IAWR5K has given $85,000 to the House of Concern in the 10 years the race has been held in Seneca Falls.
In total, the It’s A Wonderful Run 5K donated just shy of $70,000 to local charities following this year’s event including $10,000 towards four Mynderse Academy scholarships and donations to over 50 local charities including the following organizations::

Seneca Falls Robotics Club
Seneca County Suicide Coalition
Seneca County Children’s Committee
TAPS
Cayuga Seneca Community Action Agency
Seneca Falls Rotary
Boys State Sponsor (through the American Legion)
Gloves for Love
